I Actually Had Time!!!

The inspiration challenge on SCS is When we think of our Home State. This is the card I came up with:
No I am not from Holland...








When I think of Spring in Texas, I think of bright flowers. Actually, I see a lot of Tulips. They seem to grow well here. I wish I had some in my yard. Anything other than the big pile of mulch left from the tree...

I used DP from Plaid I got a bunch of Spring packs when my LSS closed last year. I love this paper. It has matching vellum which I stamped on here using scripty words by CHF. Brads are just generic Joanns large ones.

Tulips are by Treehouse stamps. Used Nesties for scalloped circle. Layered Dp and vellum behind and colored with copics. Have I mentioned how much I love copics???








Here is the inside of the card. I stamped Tip Toe by Tac using Rich Regals by SU.
