SC 366 I am nervous today

This card is for today's Sketch challenge over on SCS. I love those challenges. Plus I am stuck at home waiting to find out if I got a job. I am trying to keep my brain super busy so I can quit analyzing what I said and should have said yesterday on my job interview.
On to the deets:
I used a mat stack from DCWV: Garden party I just randomly tore out the first 3 patterns and figured I would go from there. I brike out my new lifestyle nestie type circles cutters. I embossed the long panel with a sizzix A2. I punched out the flowers at the bottom and added the pearls. And the image is Inkadinkadoo, colored with the BG family of copics.

Overall it is a busy layout. But I think I like it. It would be a great birthday card.

Another Saturday, another Inspiration challenge over on SCS. And did I mention it is Christmas break so I have time to stamp!!! YAY... I know like most of us I am so not ready for next week's return to school and busy organized chaos.

For Christmas I got new supplies, thanks Santa! I will post pics as soon as my large order of copics/ marker crack comes in.
Now for the deets: Image colored in copics. I masked the BG of clocks stamped in silver and embossed with clear ep. The clock in the image was rimmed in silver and embossed with clear ep=- you really can't see that part. I used my new clock A2 embosser on silver paper, and highlighted all with navy scraps. I put some navy bling on the corners, and wrapped some black su twine and colored and embossed the tag. The inside is blank, I may use this is a bday card.

A Birthday Card

Had to make a birthday card last week for one of Daughter's friends who happens to like horses. I used a coloring book image from little daughter's Strawberry Shortcake coloring book. I printed it out on the computer and cut with Nesties. I colored it with copics and added stickles to all the ribbons. Put it on dimensionals with brown primas on 4 corners. I went ahead and printed the sentiment inside the card. I am finding that I am using the computer more and more for all my card work. The paper I used is a Plaid pack called spring. It is great, Kind of has a western pastel theme going on. I layered the image with SU Chocolate Chip. I think I use that color more than any other. Decorated with a button and white ribbon that I colored with copics so I would have an exact match.





I am just happy to be making cards again. I have a lot to upload in the next few days.
